So, how does it help with stress? There is a lot of research to support the benefits of laughter in terms of reducing stress levels and even more on the effects of an oppressive or even bullying workplace environment on performance and morale.
So the answer is, where appropriate, inject some fun into your working day and take regular time out to ‘Play.’
